Cancel Order

Little Dragon Corp allows cancellations on any orders that are processing and have not shipped. If you are unsure if your order has shipped, you can refer to any recent order email notifications, contact us as soon as possible.

Little Dragon Corp is unable to cancel orders that have already shipped. However, once you have received your order, you may request to return it for a full refund. Some products cannot be returned, please contact us prior to shipping it back

Change or Modifing Orders

Little Dragon Corp is able to update the shipping address or shipping method of an order that is processing and has not shipped. If you need to cancel your order or change the shipping address or shipping method, please contact us

Please note that a change in shipping address or shipping method may require additional charges. We will contact you to process these charges through PayPal.

Unfortunately, we are unable to add or exchange the contents of an order once it has been placed. If you would like to add or exchange contents of an order, you must cancel your order and place a new order with the updated contents. If you would like to remove items from your order, please contact us and we will remove and issue a refund for the unwanted items.

Please carefully review your order before completing checkout and confirm that all information, including your email address, is correct. Little Dragon Corp is not responsible if an order ships and the information provided at checkout was incorrect.

Little Dragon Corp cannot cancel or modify an order that has been processed and shipped.

Please note that changing the address on your Little Dragon Corp customer account does not change the shipping or billing address on an existing order. Once an order has been placed, the shipping address can only be modified from our end. Additionally, billing addresses cannot be modified after an order has been placed. Order Help

After you have placed your order with Little Dragon Corp, automated order confirmation and shipping notification emails are sent to the email address provided at checkout. You will receive the shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.

You can log in to your Little Dragon Corp customer account to view your order history and the status and tracking information for your recent orders.

If you do not have a customer account with Little Dragon Corp, you can still track your order using the tracking or customs link provided in your shipping confirmation email. You do not need a Little Dragon Corp customer account to view this information, as order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails are sent out for every order!

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship out within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Little Dragon Corp does not ship out orders on weekends or CDN holidays. Occasional delays in processing may occur due to a high volume of orders, especially during holidays or sales.

The delivery rate estimates (as provided by the USPS) do not begin until your order has been processed and shipped. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Why is my order’s status ‘processing’ or ‘completed’?

An ‘processing’ status simply means that your order has not yet been processed and shipped. This status may change to ‘completed’ once it has been fully processed and shipped. 

If your order is back-ordered it will be on hold once the product comes in.

Order Issues

Damaged and defective orders

If an item in your order arrived in a damaged or defective condition, you can contact us to return the product to receive a refund or replacement item. You will need to provide a photo when filling out the form so that we may verify the damage.

Incorrect items & order errors

If you received an incorrect item instead of what you ordered, please contact us about the incorrect item so that we can correct the issue. You will need to provide a photo of the incorrect item when emailing us so we can verify the issue. We recommend referring to your packing slip or order confirmation email to confirm that the item you received is different from what you originally ordered.

Missing items from an order

If you suspect an item is missing from your order, please first double check the packaging the order arrived in to see if it may just be hidden or stuck inside. In some orders, smaller items may be packed inside or around larger items. If you are still unable to locate the missing item, please contact us for assistance!

Where is my package?

You can review our estimated delivery rates on our shipping information page.

Most packages successfully arrive within the estimated delivery time frame, but delays occasionally can still occur, particularly during holiday seasons or extreme weather conditions. International shipments are also subject to delays from regular transport and customs inspections.

All delivery rates and times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

If your package was shipped using the USPS First Class International method, please allow up to 8 weeks for your package to arrive.

My account says my product was shipped but I haven’t received it!

If you cannot locate your package after it has been marked as delivered, we first recommend that you investigate all possible areas a package may have been left at your address. This may include back doors, mailboxes, mail rooms, main office, etc.

We also suggest checking with any neighbors or people in your neighborhood or building who may have accidentally received the package.

If you are still having difficulty finding your package, please contact your local mail carrier or customs office.

My package has been returned to sender!

There are many reasons why a package may not have been delivered and was instead returned to us.

  • The shipping address is invalid (missing information, typos, incomplete lines)
  • The addressee has moved away without leaving a forwarding address or instructions
  • The package was refused by someone at the address
  • The package was unclaimed* (more common for international orders)

*When an order is unclaimed, it may be held by your local post office or customs office for any reason. At this point it will need to be claimed in person, otherwise it will most likely be returned to us. For international customers, this is often due to customs fees or taxes that need to be paid first.

Usually the mail carrier will leave a note or notice with instructions on how to claim you package if it is held. Unfortunately any notices or notes left by the mail carrier are out of Little Dragon Corp’s control.

Please be sure to review your account or your order confirmation email and shipment confirmation email to confirm that you provided the correct shipping address at checkout.

Please note that we cannot re-ship orders until the original package returns to us. We cannot intercept or redirect a package once it is marked as ‘return to sender’. Packages being returned to sender are generally considered low priority by the USPS and may move slowly, so unfortunately we can’t provide an estimate as to when returned packages will arrive at our warehouse.

If a package is returned to us because an incorrect address was provided at checkout, customers are responsible for any additional charges required to re-ship the package.

General Order Help

How do I place an order? 

When there’s an item you would like to purchase, click on the item in the store and then click the blue “Add to Cart” button on the product page. You may continue to shop until you are ready to checkout. When you are ready to checkout, click on the Bag, located at the top right section of the screen.

Once you have carefully reviewed your order, checking that any sizes and quantities are correct, click on “Checkout” to confirm your order. You will then be directed to a page where you can fill out your billing, shipping, and payment information.

Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to modify its contents. If you need to make changes to your order, please click here for further instructions.

Do I need a customer account to place an order?

No! you can set up a guest account or set up an account if you want to.

Can I place an order by phone or in person?

Currently Little Dragon Corp is an online-only retailer and does not have a brick-and-mortar retail location. All orders must be placed through the Little Dragon corp website using our secure checkout. Little Dragon Corp does not accept orders placed through email or over the phone and does not offer in-person order pickup.

I did not receive any order or shipping confirmation emails

Automated order and shipping confirmation emails are sent to the email address provided at checkout when orders are placed and shipped. If you did not receive an email when your order was placed, please check any spam folders and add littledragoncorp@gmail.com to your address book.

Little Dragon Corp must include accurate pricing information for all orders shipping internationally and cannot mark orders as gifts. We are required by law to declare the full value and contents of your order directly on the package. The contents of the package must be marked as merchandise.

It is the sole responsibility of the recipient of an order to pay any customs fees and applicable import taxes. If you have any questions regarding the customs policies of your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office as the laws can vary from country to country

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Most orders will ship within 1 to 3 business days of purchase!

During the holiday season, orders may ship within 2 to 5 days of purchase due to the high volume of orders.

When placing an order, keep in mind that the delivery estimates provided by the USPS do not begin until your order has been processed and shipped! We do not ship orders on weekends or CDN holidays. Occasional delays in processing time may occur due to high volume, especially around the holidays.

You will receive an automated shipment notification email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Where does Little Dragon Corp ship to?

We are able to ship orders to most regions that the USPS offers service to. Little Dragon Corp also also allows for orders to be shipped to PO boxes and military addresses.

Little Dragon Corp does not offer First-Class International Shipping for the following countries:

  • Argentina 
  • China 
  • Hong Kong
  • Malaysia
  • Philippines
  • Russia
  • Singapore 
  • Taiwan
  • Thailand 

If you are planning on shipping to a hotel, we highly recommend contacting the hotel to inquire about their policies regarding package deliveries. Please keep in mind that all delivery rates provided by Little Dragon Corp  are estimates only, and cannot be guaranteed within the time frame of your hotel stay. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the appropriate information to the hotel.

If you choose to have your items sent to an international forwarding service, we cannot guarantee their services or deliveries. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the appropriate information to the forwarding service.

Little Dragon Corp is not responsible for any packages that are lost or returned to sender when using a third party forwarding service.

How much will my shipping cost?

After adding any desired items to your cart, you can see an estimate for your shipping costs before checking out by using the shipping calculator at the bottom of the page. The shipping costs for each order is determined by its contents, weight, and shipping destination and is based on rates calculator.

Orders shipping outside the Canada may be subject customs fees and taxes. These are determined by your local mail carrier and are note included in the shipping costs. Customers are responsible for handling any customs fees on their delivery.

Can I change my shipping address?

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to update the shipping address.

Please note that changing the shipping address on your Little Dragon Corp account does not change the shipping address on your order. You must contact us to make any changes.

When will my package arrive?

Once shipped, most packages will arrive within the estimated time frame provided for the selected shipping method, but occasional delays may occur, especially during busy holidays or extreme weather conditions. International shipments may experience delays due to customs. All delivery times are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.

Can my package be delivered on a specific date?

Where do you ship from?

Little Dragon corp ships from the Brampton, Ontario area to destinations world wide.

Can I provide delivery instructions for my package?

We are unable to provide mail carriers specific delivery instructions for shipments and deliveries. We recommend contacting your local post office to see what the standard protocol for handling deliveries may be in your area.

Little Dragon corp can use other methods like DHL, Fedex, USPS but typically we use Canada Post. When shipping internationally, your package will be handed over to your local postal system for customs and delivery.

International import taxes & customs fees

If your package is shipping outside of the Canada, it may be subject to import taxes or customs fees. Little Dragon Corp cannot control and is not responsible for any customs fees that your government may charge you for importing goods. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay customs fees. 

We are required by law to declare all items at their actual price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. We cannot mark packages as “gifts”, and cannot mark the value of the product less than what it actually is to evade customs charges.

Technical Help

How do I place an order?

When you see an item you would like to purchase, click on that item and then click the blue “Add to Cart” button. You may continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. When you are ready to pay, click on the Cart, located at the top right section of the screen.

Once you have carefully reviewed your order, checking that the sizes and quantities are correct, click on “Checkout” to confirm your items. You will then be directed to the page where you can fill out your billing, shipping, and payment information.

SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

SECTION 4 – Woo Commerce

Our store is hosted on woo commerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through woo-commerce’s data storage, databases and the general Woo commerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Woo Commerce stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
